Estate Planning 101

Learn about the importance of estate planning and how it can protect your assets and provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Topics that will be covered include creating a will, setting up a trust, designating power of attorney, and more. The workshop is suitable for those who are just starting to think about their estate plan or those who want to review and update their existing plan. Jacque Mingle with Fleming & Curti will be on hand to answer any questions and light refreshments will be provided! This workshop is free for all who attend.

Jacque arrived in Tucson in August 2009 to attend law school at the University of Arizona, where she and Fleming & Curti attorney Elizabeth Noble Rollings were classmates. She graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona law program in 2012 and worked at another law firm before deciding to join the Fleming & Curti team. Her firm practices elder law including estate planning, trust, probate administration, benefits and tax planning, and also provides fiduciary services.
