Foodways: A-Maizing Corn

It’s corn! Join food anthropologist Linda Wyner, of SAGE Culinary, for an hour of interesting facts about this humble but important food. Learn about how corn intersects with the culture, history, and traditions of the southwest. Then watch as Linda prepares a simple recipe you can recreate at home and share with your friends and family, which of course you’ll get to try!
This class will take place in Education Center Classroom 1.
