It’s not just for tequila and sweeteners! Agave was cultivated throughout the Americas and locally by O’odham ancestors the Hohokam (Huhugam). This foodways lecture from writer, food anthropologist and cooking instructor Linda Wyner will take a look at the history and modern uses of the agave plant.
