This coming November 1 and 2 will be an important holiday for Hispanic cultures—Día de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. This evening’s foodways presentation from food anthropologist Linda Wyner will take a look at the food traditions associated with the festivities. A writer, lecturer and cooking instructor, Linda will fill the hour with interesting facts about Día de los Muertos from the culinary perspective, and she’ll prepare a simple recipe which you’ll have an opportunity to sample.
