Fleming, author and professor emeritus of biology at the University of Miami, will join us to celebrate the release of his new book, Sonoran Desert Journeys: Ecology and Evolution of its Iconic Species. Enjoy a short presentation at 10:30 am as Ted shares his exploration of the evolution and natural history of iconic animals and plants of the Sonoran Desert region and provides a model of how we can coexist with the unique species that call this area home.
