WHY A WILL IS NOT ENOUGH: A Personal Finance Workshop
-FREE WORKSHOP-

The ‘Why A Will Is Not Enough’ workshop, sponsored by the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southern Arizona and Mission Management & Trust Co., is designed to help you understand the importance of estate planning and how it can protect your assets and provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Topics covered include creating a will, setting up a trust, designating power of attorney, and more.

The workshop is suitable for those who are just starting to think about their estate plan and those who want to consider reviewing and updating their existing plan. Attorney Jacquelyne Mingle, with Moeller & Conway, PLLC, will lead the discussion and answer questions. Light refreshments will be provided.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Jacque Mingle arrived in Tucson in August 2009 to attend law school at the University of Arizona.
