Topics covered include creating a will\, setting up a trust\, designating power of attorney\, and more. \nThe workshop is suitable for those who are just starting to think about their estate plan and those who want to consider reviewing and updating their existing plan. Attorney Jacquelyne Mingle\, with Moeller & Conway\, PLLC\, will lead the discussion and answer questions. Light refreshments will be provided. \nABOUT THE PRESENTER:\nJacque Mingle arrived in Tucson in August 2009 to attend law school at the University of Arizona.
