Prickly Pear Cactus Syrup


No stop by Tohono Chul would be complete without tasting our Bistro’s famous Prickly Pear lemonade made with Cheri’s Desert Harvest syrup.  Made here in Tucson with fruit gathered every August in S. Arizona,  Cheri has been using the humble prickly pear to make dozens of products.  Always a favorite is the syrup,  with  a recipe card of yummy ways to use it in cooking.
