La Galeria Museum Shop

Located in the heart of Tohono Chul, La Galeria takes its name from its proximity to the Exhibit House Galleries and its impressive collection of gallery-quality artwork and handmade specialty crafts. This charming shop resides in a Santa Fe-style home built in 1937, which was lovingly renovated in the ’80s to become a unique retail space while preserving its original brick floors and carriage windows.

With views of the gardens, shaded by lush desert landscaping and home to a variety of local wildlife, La Galeria offers a thoughtfully curated selection of Native American jewelry, Mata Ortiz pottery, Oaxacan folk art (Alebrijes), and a wide range of Southwest books, Tucson hiking maps, field guides, and educational materials. Each item is handpicked to reflect the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of the region.
