Make the most of a Sunday afternoon with live music under the shady canopy of Tohono Chul’s Performance Garden. Presented in partnership with the Tucson Guitar Society, Sundays in the Garden features a rotating lineup of local musicians in one of the garden’s most inviting outdoor settings.
Grab a seat, enjoy the music, and stop by the Garden Bistro Bar for beer, wine, prickly pear lemonade, and our famous prickly pear margaritas.

Terruño: Flavors of the Desert returns to Tohono Chul this fall for an evening celebrating the food, wine, and culinary traditions of our region.
Presented in partnership with Tucson City of Gastronomy, Terruño brings together local chefs and Arizona winemakers for a tasting experience rooted in the flavors of the Sonoran Desert. Enjoy creative dishes, regional wines, and the opportunity to meet the chefs and winemakers behind them.

Nature Journaling

Join the Southern Arizona Nature Journal Club to explore nature journaling and connect with the outdoors. Meet at Tohono Chul’s entrance at 7 am to sketch a new part of the garden each week. Open to all ages and skill levels—beginners are welcome and encouraged! Bring a journal and your favorite supplies.
