Retail & Admissions Manager | $57,000–$60,000 DOE
Tohono Chul is seeking a Retail & Admissions Manager to lead our admissions and retail operations while creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment visitors arrive. This role oversees admissions, membership processing, ticketing, and three unique retail shops, while managing staff, volunteers, budgets, merchandising, and daily operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, customer-focused leader with experience in retail management, team development, and using sales data to drive growth. Working closely with departments across the organization, the Retail & Admissions Manager helps increase visitation, strengthen engagement, and support Tohono Chul’s mission through outstanding service and memorable visitor experiences.
