Seasonal Rates & Venues

Celebrate during our most vibrant season, when the gardens are in full bloom. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and festive gatherings, our spaces provide a stunning backdrop for unforgettable moments.
- Off-Peak Season | June–September
Take advantage of the off-season calm to host your wedding, corporate event, or special celebration with personalized attention and beautiful surroundings.
Capacity & Rental Time
- Capacity for each venue varies based on final guest count and layout.
- Social and corporate events include up to four (4) hours of venue rental time.
- Weddings, including the ceremony, include up to six (6) hours of rental time.
- Event extensions may be available upon request depending on availability.

What's Included
- Setup & Teardown — Standard tables, chairs, linens, and napkins (black or white)
- Early Access — Early entry for décor setup (based on availability)
- Wayfinding — Directional signage for your event
- On-Site Support — Dedicated day-of Tohono Chul event staff member
- Weddings — Cocktail hour venue fee waived when booking a reception
- Rehearsal — Complimentary rehearsal or walkthrough the week of your event (based on availability)
- AV — Basic audio-visual support including microphones and speakers
Small Gatherings & Elopements
Designed for simple, smaller-scale celebrations, these rentals offer an easy way to gather in select garden spaces throughout Tohono Chul.
What's Included
- One-hour venue rental
- Privacy stanchions
- Complimentary garden admission for all guests on the day of the event
- Optional Upgrade: Seating for up to 25 guests available for $100 (includes setup and teardown)

- Events must take place during garden hours
- Maximum of 25 guests
- One photographer and/or officiant permitted
- Outside food and beverage not permitted
- Minimal décor allowed with prior approval

Small Gathering Rental: $400 - Overlook Ramada — Up to 15 guests

Rental Guidelines
Review these helpful guidelines as you plan your event, including rental times, catering, décor, and other important details.
Rental Time
- Social & corporate events: Up to 4 hours
- Weddings (including ceremony): Up to 6 hours
- Extensions available at $250/hour (not to exceed 11 PM)
Event Hours
- Events may begin after 8 AM and must conclude by 11 PM. Live music must end by 10 PM.
Catering & Bar Service
- Painted Plate Culinary Concepts is Tohono Chul’s exclusive catering partner for private events, offering food and beverage service tailored to your event.
- Wedding cakes may be provided by a licensed bakery.
- Bar service is available for up to five consecutive hours, with last call 15 minutes before the end of your event.
Decor & Staging
- A selection of event decor and equipment may be available for use with your rental, based on availability. Items may include archways, vases, votive holders, heaters, staging, and other event amenities. Please ask our events team about available options.
Weather
- For outdoor events, indoor backup space may be available but cannot be guaranteed.
Service Animals
- Service animals are always welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted at private events.

I am beyond impressed with this venue! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the staff was genuine and attentive during both ceremony and reception and the food was amazing. The wedding suite is stunning and the ambiance and mature landscape is a sight to see. Truly a venue that captures Tucson’s artistic desert charm with elevated service the whole way through!
