I’m am beyond impressed with this venue! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the staff was genuine and attentive during both ceremony and reception and the food was amazing. The wedding suite is stunning and the ambiance and mature landscape is a sight to see. Truly a venue that captures Tucson’s artistic desert charm with elevated service the whole way through!

What’s Included With Your Venue Rental
Setup & Teardown: Standard tables, chairs, linens, and napkins (black or white)
Early Access: Early entry for décor setup (based on availability)
Garden Access: Complimentary garden admission for all guests on the day of the event (during business hours)
Wayfinding: Directional signage for your event
On-Site Support: Dedicated day-of Tohono Chul event staff member
Weddings: Cocktail hour venue fee waived when booking a reception
Rehearsal: Complimentary rehearsal or walkthrough the week of your event (based on availability)
AV: Basic audio-visual support including microphones and speakers
Rental Guidelines
Rental Time:
Social & corporate events: Up to 4 hours
Weddings (including ceremony): Up to 6 hours
Extensions available at $250/hour (not to exceed 11:00 PM)
Event Hours: Events may begin after 8:00 AM and must conclude by 11:00 PM. Live music must end by 10:00 PM.
Catering & Bar Service:
All food and beverages, including alcohol, must be provided by Tohono Chul’s in-house catering
Wedding cakes may be provided by a licensed bakery
Bar service limited to 5 consecutive hours, with last call 15 minutes prior to event end
Décor & Staging: Select décor and professional staging available for rent upon request
Weather: Backup indoor space for outdoor venues is not guaranteed
Animals: Service animals welcome; pets and emotional support animals are not permitted
