Join us for a special Trunk Show and Presentation with Terry DeWald. Mr. DeWald is an expert in the field of American Indian Art, his presentation centers on the history, methods, and materials of Navajo Textiles and Native American Basketry. Terry will be offering fine examples of Navajo and Pueblo contemporary and historic weavings from many regions including Ganado, Crystal, Two Grey Hills, Teec Nos Pos, Red Mesa, Raised Outline, Wide Ruins, and Burntwater; as well as pictorial, Yei, Yei-Be-Chai, and Sandpainting examples. Classic, Late Classic, Germantown and Transitional Navajo textiles will also be on display. Another focus will be on historic and contemporary basketry from the Southwest, the Great Basin, California, the Northwest, and Alaska.

Terry DeWald has been a prominent dealer, lecturer, appraiser, and author of American Indian Art for more than 50 years. This Trunk Show is an incredible opportunity to learn more about the region’s nature, art, and culture and to acquire an exceptional piece of vintage and contemporary Navajo weaving and Native American basketry for your collection.
